Job Description:
To evaluate products in terms of Market Acceptance / Customer Acceptance, product testing and report quality issues of local networks /market.
Thoroughly test products to ensure software and hardware meet specification, all features, functions work up to the mark
To suggest further improvements in accordance to the local communication networks or customer needs.
Manage Software customizations, embedding local customized contents, and addition of value added functions/features
To follow up product quality issues and get feedback from external and internal customers and get solutions from development engineers
To work closely with product management for better product development, improved User experience and meeting project deadlines
To coordinate with Sales and Marketing for product related feedback
Responsible for handling technical queries and provide technical trainings when required
Eligibility:
Graduate from any discipline, preferably in Electronics /Computer Science
2-3 Years experience in Mobile phone testing or relevant experience
Familiar with product platforms
Preferably having experience of software flashing and troubleshooting
Hands on experience of preparing technical reports and escalations
Command on MS Office
Skills required:
Excellent Analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills
Time management and strong follow up on the tasks
Should be a gadget freak and have natural interest in technology related activities

Job Description:
To accomplish service related tasks and manage smooth and timely execution
To coordinate/follow up with service partner for service related activities
Maintain Warranty claims and repair flow processes and ensure implementation of defined standards & policies
To ensure efficient customer services at Service centers
Spare parts purchase and ensure efficient supply to meet service requirement
To follow up/maintain TAT (turnaround time) and monitor service levels
Escalate product issues and coordinate with factory and technical team for resolution
Assess training need, prepare training plan and ensure implementation through continuous follow up
Manage customer complaint resolution system
Customer care center performance evaluation, and service audits
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline, preferably B-Tech or any technical qualification equivalent to graduate
At least 2-3 years experience in Service management preferably in a mobile company
Command on MS Office
Skills required:
Excellent Communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Should be Customer Service oriented, Skillful in diagnosing customer needs.
